Improve member retention

Member retention is critical for profitability. Current statistics point to a 37.2 % attrition rate. Key to retention is simple: members that use the facilities on a regular basis tend to stay as members. However, certain patterns occur. Clients become too busy to spend time exercising, thereby not showing up. Hard earned gains are lost, and in frustration, some end up canceling their membership. The WAVE is a unique exercise that can be done in a fraction of the time as conventional exercise with minimal stress. By using it on days that regular training cannot be done, either due to fatigue, time or just plain ‘not feeling like it’, the WAVE allows an individual to maintain their gains, thereby preventing frustration that most often leads to lack of visits to the facility.

Since the WAVE has a wide range of applications in recovery, enhanced strength gains, and effectively addressing physical limitations that may prevent exercise initiation, clients are capable of sticking to an exercise program, thereby increasing client visits and `ultimately, member retention.
