Section 1: browser problems
1.1) Why don't I see FREE Video or Chat?
Make sure you really are connected to the Internet.
(no joke this happens) You can still see the web
page through your saved (cached) copy of the page
but if you are not connected video because it
can not be cached will not show up.
If you are using AOL, try minimizing this, and
logging on through Internet explorer.
(see section 1.2 and 1.3)
Clear you cache. In your menu bar where you have
file, edit, view, favorites, tools, and help.
Click on tools Scroll down to Internet options
and click on that. In this window, if you look
about halfway down, you should see a section that
says "temporary Internet files" In this
section you should see three buttons. 'Delete
cookies, delete files'. And settings. Click on
delete files and follow the instructions from
there. Reboot your computer.
If your Browser does not have JAVA or your java
has become damaged you may need to update or install
java. Click on the 'Java Get It Now' Icon below
to install java. It is FREE and because millions
of web pages use java it is a MUST in order to
get the fullest experience out of the internet.

The AOL browser doesn't really connect up to the
feeds servers as a reguler browser. It instead
tunnels through AOL's network. Sometimes, the
AOL proxy servers cache the feeds, which prevent
them from working properly.

Browser?
This is a known problem with the AOL Browser.
We've done all we can to make the problem disappear,
but it still occurs from time to time. Your best
bet is to use IExplorer or Netscape.

Video' how do I fix this?
if you are using the AOL Browser, try using IExplorer
or Netscape. If you are already using these, hit
refresh.

You should view the site with a resolution of
at least 800x600.

I fix this?
Hit refresh on the screen.
1.7) I get free video but when I go into a
1 On 1 I Get 'Please Login' or some other picture?
Check your date and time Your computers date and
time must accurate within an few hours in order
to get video To do this hold your mouse arrow
over your clock, this should be in the lower right
hand corner and, click on it with "right"
mouse button. Now click on "ADJUST DATE/TIME"
and make sure that your "date" and time
are set correctly. Then click on apply.
