The Foxescash Affiliate Program, hereinafter FC, which may be modified from time to time, is owned and operated by Softwood, Inc. (SW), an Arizona corporation. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as they apply to you with regards to the FC program.

1. General Terms
   • YOU must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our program.
   • It is YOUR responsibility to refer to this document from time to time to be informed and remain in agreement with any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
   • Accounts that are terminated without pay will have a stop placed on all outstanding funds.
   • U.S. affiliates are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number on the registration form. SW will register a 1099 for all U.S. domestic entities to whom we issue combined yearly payments of $600.00 or more. Failure to provide this information will cause payment to be delayed or withheld.
   • Upon termination of this Agreement, YOU shall immediately cease using SoftWood's name, trademarks, images and names of Softwood / FC Web Sites and remove all Softwood / FC owned banners and content from YOUR sites.
   • Softwood / FC will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with hosting equipment or technical errors.
   • Softwood / FC reserves the right to terminate an Associate at any time, for any reason, without prior notification of payment.
2. Marketing Materials
   • Images, names and banners may not be used to promote or market another product or website.
   • The images may not be modified in any way.
   • The copyright or URL may not be removed from the image.
   • If in doubt, contact support.
3. Termination -- any of the following will be cause for termination of agreement, and forfeiture of all monies owed:
   • SPAM of any kind.
   • Promote or contain content of: Warez, Passwords, MP3, Bestiality, Rape, Child Pornography or any acts of violence. This includes meta tags, text, links, graphic(s) or any HTML.
   • Any attempt to mislead or defraud the Softwood / FC sites in any way.
   • Any sort of mechanism or effort that falsely generates signups.
   • Any affiliate found to be in violation of 3rd party copyright, trademark, patent or any other intellectual property right violation or infringement.
   • Any Associate found to have cheated or defrauded any other sponsor.
   • Content, banners and images may NOT be used on free image hosts, torrent sites, "fusker" sites, blog*er sites, or other similar services without expressed written permission from FoxesCash / Softwood. This includes *tube* sites.
4. Payments
   • All payments are made by check in U.S. dollars. Payments are made monthly, on the 15th of each month as long as the minimum payout amount, $50, has been reached. Amounts not meeting the minimum payout amount will be carried over to the following period(s) until such time as the minimum has been met.
5. Reporting
   • FoxesCash uses the NATS Affiliate / Reporting system for affiliates to ensure integrity of payouts and tracking.
