Care must be taken when shipping wine in adverse weather conditions. Vintage wines will only be shipped via air carrier either overnight or two day air. Excessive heat or cold will prevent shipments from taking place until more favorable weather conditions exist.
Customer is responsible for all carrier fees, duties, taxes and customs charges incurred in shipping purchases to customer's shipping address. To the extent that GRZ Consulting provides estimates of shipping, duties, taxes and custom charges, these should be considered to be estimates only. Tax will be collected on all sales within the state of Florida.
All customers assert and affirm that they are at least 21 years old. GRZ Consulting retains the right to use reasonable means to verify a buyer's age and reserves the right to refuse sales to anyone. All shipments require that the shipping company verify the age of the recipient before delivery. In most locations, it is against the law for anyone under the age of 21 to attempt to purchase alcohol. GRZ Consulting will comply with any legal entity in the prosecution of anyone under the age of 21 attempting to buy alcohol.
All wine is sold in Florida, with title passing from GRZ or one of our clients to the buyer at the time of purchase. GRZ is acting as the buyer's agent in arranging transport. The buyer affirms that in requesting that GRZ ship wine, and that they are acting in accordance with the laws of the location of delivery. Any shipment that is seized or destroyed due to violation of shipping laws or common carrier policy is not refundable. Knowing your local shipping laws is paramount to incident-free experience.
